Once you have entered your PRE-ORDER, you will see the message with your order code and information.

Then you will receive detailed information about your order in the email you have stated, including the order code.

Within the prefecture of Attica, we can deliver the order to your place with our own means of transport.

However, for small volumes, there is the possibility of sending with a cooperating courier company.

In areas outside the prefecture of Attica, we deliver your order to a cooperating transport company of your choice.

  • In cases of delivery of large volume products (Beds - Mattresses, etc.) the unloading is done on the sidewalk and no deliveries are made on the floor or basement.

  • In case the delivery is done by our means of transport, then if you wish products on the floor above ground floor, our company can offer this service, as long as you inform us about it in the comments of the order.

  • In cases where the ascent of products to the floor is considered impossible by the stairs or by the lift, then delivery will be made at an additional cost of crane charging if the customer consents to it. In this case the transfer is charged with additional costs that depend on the number of floors and the volume of products, about which we will inform you the next day of the order.

  • All furniture is delivered unassembled and in the original their packaging. In cases where assembly is required, the furniture is accompanied by assembly instructions and the necessary accessories for this purpose. In this case a different delivery point should be defined.

  • Our company assumes the responsibility of transport and integrity of the products strictly up to the point indicated by the customer and which we have accepted.

  • In case when upon receipt it is found that one of the products is broken then this should be noted in the shipping invoice and the company should be informed via email by attaching the invoice and the corresponding photo within 48 hours. In this case the company is obliged in a short time to replace the type of product with a new one. After 48 hours the company will not accept that any of the products was received broken.

  • In case of unconditional receipt of the item, it is considered that it was received in excellent condition without any functional or aesthetic defects.
